Costa gets big laughs as she transforms herself into a line up of outrageous and diverse characters like her ultra-macho father, her overly critical mother in law, African American hairstylist, transsexual brother, Jewish aunt and more.

Maria Costa is a 2012 Kresge Artist Fellow. Maria has toured Macho Men worldwide and made history as the first Latina to star at the Kodak Theatre in a theatrical capacity. She has starred on numerous television shows on CBS, Bravo and ABC and is the star of a TV series based on he Macho Men characters in development with PBS.
