The Southern Baptist Convention Relief Ministry is in need of volunteers to assist with cleaning up homes that were affected by the recent Muskegon River Flooding. Volunteers will be carrying trash, building materials, furniture, clothing, boxes etc., from a house to a dumpster. Volunteers will need to be able to lift and carry materials, and must have hard sole shoes and gloves. Volunteers are needed for a variety of shifts between 9am and 4pm weekdays and weekends, for approximately two weeks starting on Tuesday March 19th. **As a safety precaution, please note that volunteers are not to enter any premise that has NOT been cleared of dangers and mold. The Southern Baptist Convention Relief Ministry has trained staff to clean the inside of the house; volunteers are NOT permitted to do this.
