What is MovNat?
MovNat stands for move naturally. It is a fitness system based entirely on using the full range of our natural human movement abilities such as walking, running, balancing, jumping, crawling, climbing, swimming, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, and self-defense. MovNat is for everyone . It is progressive and safe, and supports physical competence and conditioning for any area of life.
What is Self-Fit Training?
Self-Fit Training is created based on the personal training method but in a group format. A certified personal trainer, Aaron Biever, will be holding small groups of training and to create exercise programs to fit your needs, and he will teach you to how to train yourself in the right way. You will pay much less than a individual personal training session but get the same results.
