The Foreign Film Series presents “Away from Her”.  Please join us this Saturday, Nov. 9, at 7:00 at the Big Rapids City Hall for a moving and thought-provoking look at a man coping with the institutionalization of his wife because of Alzheimer’s disease. When she transfers her affections to another patient at the nursing home, he faces difficult decisions.” Our entire committee enjoyed this film for its touching and uplifting look at a true contemporary problem.
