Prism Writing and Art Competition

The Prism is the annual student writing and art competition at Ferris State University sponsored by the Department of Languages and Literature.There are cash prizes in each category, and winners will be honored at an awards banquet in the spring as well as in print in The Prism journal published in the fall.

Entries are considered in the following categories: Freshman/Sophomore Essay, Freshman/Sophomore Research Paper (The Mary Kilgallen Award), Junior/Senior Essay, Junior/Senior Research Paper, Technical Writing/Professional Writing/Script Writing, Poetry, Short Fiction, Art.

The following Honors students received awards for their entries in the contest. We would like to extend our congratulations to these outstanding students!!
