The Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) is creating and inspiring the next generation of future leaders. The Character Does Matter (CDM) program delivers dynamic and inspiring presentations to emerging leaders across the nation. This program engages the next generation of leaders to serve, directly impacting their local communities while carrying on the legacies of our nation’s Fallen Heroes. In the presentation of the “If Not Me, Then Who…” message, relatable stories inspire audience members to demonstrate character by exhibiting courage, integrity, leadership and service in their everyday lives. Recipients of the CDM presentation go on to inspire their peers, community members and work place collogues. Through the Travis Manion Foundation CDM program, we challenge each individual to daily demonstrate “If Not Me, Then Who…” examples in their everyday life.

The Character Does Matter program offers audience members introduction and a brief synopses of the four pillars of character building traits:

1. Courage
2. Integrity
3. Leadership
4. Service
