Peter VS. the Wolf begins with the Wolf escaping from the zoo.
To elude the police, the Wolf runs into a concert hall, where he pleads his case with the audience.
Witnesses from all the sections of the Band and the Orchestra give their musical testimony as to the facts of the case.
And by the end of the trial, the truth of the matter is revealed to the audience – in no uncertain terms!
