Get out and get dirty by helping to build a section of the North Country National Scenic Trail—a hiking and backpacking trail stretching from New York to North Dakota. The trail is being built  by volunteers in partnership with the National Park Service. The section of trial to be built is in a remote section of northern Newaygo County and overlooks a beautiful inland lake. Training and tools provided. Time is 9am to 4pm on Saturday Sept. 20th.
