One of the most significant events of the 20th century involves the inhumane treatment and mass murder of some 12 million civilians in concentration/extermination camps in the second world war. This presentation will focus on the use of cartoon imagery to teach about why and how this happened.  The year 2014 marks the 70th anniversary of the liberation by Russian soldiers of the very first of many concentration camps in eastern and central Europe.

Join Dr. DiRaddo for this informative Lunch & Learn on Tuesday, November 4 at 11:00AM in the Honors Conference Room, PIC 142. Please RSVP to gosss@ferris by noon on Monday, November 3 to reserve your seat. Once again, we will be serving Jet’s Pizza and pop for lunch.
