The Biology Department at Ferris State will be hosting a Friday Seminar Series this year. During this series the department will be hosting professionals in the areas of biological sciences to give a one hour talk about the research they are doing in their fields, the opportunities they are provided in their career, and talk with students about opportunities in their specialty area.
The first speaker will be Dr. Chris DeFraia with a talk entitled “The Quick and the Dead: Fighting Plant Disease with Speed” on Friday, September 25th from 3-4pm in SCI 126. Refreshments will be provided and everyone is welcome to attend!
