The Office of Multicultural Student Services would like to invite members of our campus community to join them for the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration! The 2016 MLK Celebration will include the 30th Annual Freedom March and Student Tribute events coordinated by the Office of Multicultural Student Services. The MLK Celebration will also include featured presentations such as the 22nd annual Faculty/Staff In-Service sponsored by the Diversity and Inclusion Office, Your Words Have Power featured discussion, and the Tunnel of Oppression exhibit, and the 30/30 MLK Volunteer Challenge. To close out the celebration, there will be a guest speaker activist Tamika Mallory, President of Mallory Consulting and former Executive Director of the National Action Network. Ms. Mallory will delover a message on Millennial Activism Thursday, January 21st at 6pm in the University Center 202C.
