Have a new year’s resolution to be more healthy this year? Well the Racquet and Fitness Center are here to help. They are holding two, six week Fitness Program Sessions; the first will be held from Monday, January 18th till Thursday, February 25, 2016 and the second session will be from Monday, March 14th till Thursday, April 28, 2016. See below for classes times and cost.
Classes in Session:
Pilates – Tuesday & Thursday 5:30pm to 6:30pm
Pilates is a class that focuses on strengthening core muscles while gaining flexibility through gradual stretching. Helps improve posture, reduce stress as well as condition the body and mind. All skill levels welcome!
Yoga (Level 1) – Tuesday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Our Yoga level 1 class begins with breathing and simple poses that lead into our sequences. Made for people learning yoga for the first time or rebuilding the foundation of their practice.
Yoga (Level 2) – Thursday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Our Yoga level 2 class is an intermediate level. For students who want more of a challenge or who want to progress from level 1.
Full Session Cost:
Based on 1 class per week, the cost is $12 for students, $18 for members, and $30 for non-members. If you are not sure you want to commit to a whole session you can just drop-in on a class for a student fee of $2.25, a member fee of $3.25, or non-member fee of $5.00. Classes fill up quickly, so make sure to sign up today! You must pay full payment to hold your spot.
