Next week is Career Week hosted by the Center for Leadership, Activities, and Career Services! There will be events hosted starting Monday, February 1st through Friday, February 5th. Below is the agenda for the week and what you can expect.
Monday, February 1, 2016 – Backpack to Briefcase (Career Preparation) Workshop
This workshop will be held from 4 to 8pm in the University Center 202. Students are welcome to come anytime and are encouraged to dress for an interview and have a copy of their resume. Pre registration is required through OrgSync. Attendees will include: State of Michigan Civil Service Commission, Michelle Rasmussen from Michigan Works and Tracy Hatchew from General Mills-Yoplait.

Tuesday, February 2, 2016 and Wednesday, February 3, 2016 – Career Center Open House
Students are invited to stop into the CLACS office in UCB 121 between 8am and noon to discover all of the services that the Career Center provides, get last minute assistance with resumes and cover letters, gather tips on interviewing, and preview the employers that will be attending the Career Fair on February 4th.
Thursday, February 4, 2016 – The Main Event! Career and Internship Fair
This event will take place from 11am to 3pm in Ewigleben Sports Complex. There will be over 215 registered tables and a huge variety of occupations including public service, government, health care, hospitality, sciences, accounting, marketing, sales, insurance, education and technology! A full list of attendees is available through Bulldog CareerLink and will be provided through UWA and targeted messages later today.
