A new fitness club has started on campus, giving you the opportunity to exercise with other students who are pursuing similar goals. The organization is focused on exercise and fitness techniques, health and wellness information and tips, and providing a team building atmosphere for those wishing to network with others.
The student organization was approved last fall semester and has over 25 active members and growing! The group meets at various times throughout the week, offering members to attend various sessions with their schedule permitting. For the spring semester, the group will be meeting at the following times in the Student Recreation Center:
Sunday at 6:00pm
Monday at 12:30pm and 6:00pm
Wednesday at 6:00pm
Friday at 2:00pm
