The Big Rapids Library is looking for volunteer to help with the Friends of the Library Used Book Sale. Below are the dates and hours student volunteers will be needed.
- Thursday, September 1st at 1:00pm, Big Rapids Library – Strong individuals needed to carry boxes of books
- Friday, September 2nd from 9:00am – 12:00pm, Big Rapids Library – Need two students to help straighten up
- Friday, September 2nd from 1:00pm – 3:00pm, Big Rapids Library – Need two students to help carry any additional boxes
- Friday, September 2nd from 3:00 – 5:30pm, Big Rapids Library – Need two students to consolidate and close up the sale
- Saturday, September 3rd from 10:00am – 12:00pm, Big Rapids Library – Need one student to help
- Saturday, September 3rd from 1:00 – 2:30pm, Big Rapids Library – Need two students to consolidate boxes
- Saturday, September 3rd from 3:00 – 4:00pm, Big Rapids Library – Need more strong individuals to carry boxes to storage and take some material to recycle center, load boxes and tables on trucks for the Monday sale at Hemlock Park
- Sunday, September 4th from 5:30 – 6:30pm, Hemlock Park – Need 4-5 strong individuals to unload boxes and tables from trucks to set up Hemlock Park under the shelter
- Monday, September 5th from 11:00am – 1:00pm, Hemlock Park – Need one student to consolidate boxes
- Monday, September 5th from 4:00 – 6:00pm, Hemlock Park – Need 5 strong individuals to pack up boxes and take them to storage
