Ferris’s News Services and Social Media will host the SocialFest Snapchat Challenge in collaboration with Bulldog Beginnings on Tuesday, August 30th. This challenge is open to all Ferris students who want to showcase their Ferris pride at locations inside of the University Center. Grand prize packages will be awarded to three winners. Prizes include a Ferris pullover, drawstring backpack, a #FERR1S Yowie and a Bulldog T-Shirt. Additionally, seven winners will recieve a Bulldog T-shirt and #FERR1S Yowie. Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and notified by email.
To enter:
- Show your Ferris pride T-shirt in the snap
- Take a cool photo of yourself wearing Ferris apparel inside of the University Center. Preference will be given to images taken inside of Quad Cafe, the bookstore, and Starbucks. Images that demonstrate inappropriate or illegal activity will not be discovered
- Email a screen capture of your snap entry to . All entries should include the following infromation for all individuals prominently pictured in the snap and appropriately identified
- First and Last Name
- Academic Major
- Hometown
- Year in school of the individual officially submitting the photo
- A caption that describes where the photo was taken, the date it was taken, and what the persons are doing at that location
Please keep in mind: photos submitted may be posted on official Ferris social media accounts in addition to other Ferris publications. Contestants are encourages to be safe and creative while taking their photos and submit them as early as possible. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, August 30th by 11:59pm.
