The Fall 2016 Career and Internship Fair will be held on October 17th and 18th and they are in need of volunteers to present a positive image of Ferris State University to the 230 employer groups that provide opportunities for our students and alumni. Below are the time slots in which student volunteers are needed.
Sunday, October 16th from 12:00pm to 6:00pm
- Need help with set up in the University Center. Meet in UCB 121 (CLACS). Wear comfortable clothes and solid tennis shoes; will be moving tables and supplies, posting signage outside, and helping with table dressing and decor.
Monday, October 17th (various shifts from 6:30am to 10:00pm)
- Please dress in business casual slacks and have solid shoes (no heels). Student volunteers will be provided with red volunteer T-shirts. Please bring a jacket or sweater, as you may be stationed outside to assist with parking and unloading. ALL VOLUNTEERS should report to the CLACS office in UCB 121 to receive nametags and task assignments. Please sign out at the CLACS office when leaving also so we can make sure that posts remain staffed all day.
Tuesday, October 18th (various shifts from 7:00am to 10:00pm)
