The campus chapter of Habitat for Humanity is trying to decrease the amount of people that are homeless. The group will be raising awareness, collecting donations for Habitat for Humanity, and stimulating the conditions these people live in by staying overnight outside, sleeping in boxes, and standing around a fire for warmth. The event will take place outside the Rock Cafe on Friday, November 11th from 5:00pm to 10:00am the following morning. They plan to have a burning barrel with fire for warmth and the boxes will have facts about homelessness on them to raise awareness.
