Join facilitator, Rita Frumento Damari, M.A, M Ed., for a workshop on these topics. Rita will be hosting a 6 week (once a week) program that offers a healthy exchange of ideas, practical and research-tested activities for tapping into and nurturing your own happiness, and insight to fostering your own social and emotional well-being.
Beginning Tuesday, March 21st, choose one learning session (limited to 15 participants per session) that most fits your schedule and come prepared to delve into the science of happiness. Choose between Tuesday, March 21st from 11:00am to 11:50am or Wednesday, March 22nd from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
