Rita Damari will be hosting a Dinner and Learn on Tuesday, January 16th entitled “Stress Management.” During her presentation, Mrs. Damari will discuss the importance of stress management and provides tips on how reduce stress. Below is a short description of her presentation:
Stress is a normal part of life. Learning to cope with it is an essential skill that enhances your physical and mental well-being. Come learn more about the components of stress: what it is, how to identify it, and the many ways to manage it! This workshop will provide insight, help develop the coping skill and begin to explore the strategies for managing the normal and expected (and the unexpected!) daily challenges of life.
