The Racquet and Fitness Center are hosting free Tai Chi classes! Tai Chi is a low impact exercise performed in a sequence of slow movements that helps reduce stress and tension, improve circulation and balance, and increase strength and flexibility. Classes will be held Monday, February 12th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm; Wednesday, February 14th from 10:00am to 11:00am; and Friday, February 16th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
