Stress Management Series: Communication Skills

Rita Damari will be hosting the 3rd installment of her Stress Management Series on Tuesday, February 27th at 5:00pm. During her presentations, Mrs. Damari will discuss the importance of stress management and provides tips on how reduce stress through the use of communication skills. Below is a short description of what her workshop will cover.

Does building better communication and social skills reduce stress? Studies show that miscommunication and social disconnection increase stress levels. Come discover how honing your listening skills helps build your social network and this promotes better understanding, connectedness, friendships and a strong support system.

To learn more and ask questions, please join us for this session on Thursday, February 27th at 5:00pm in the Honors Program Office Conference Room. You can attend this workshop even if you have not attended the first two.
