Lunch and Learn: Mindfulness/Relaxation Techniques

Rita Damari will be hosting a Lunch and Learn on Tuesday, March 27th entitled “Mindfulness/Relaxation Techniques.” During her presentation, Mrs. Damari will discuss the importance of stress management and provides tips on how reduce stress using relaxation techniques. This is a repeat of her workshop for Stress Management held on February 13th. Below is a short description of her presentation:
