Fall 2018 Career & Internship Fair Volunteer Sign Up

The Fall 2018 Career & Internship Fair needs a large number of volunteers to be successful. Please consider volunteering a few hours of your time to help positively represent Ferris State University as the best place for employers to recruit students and graduates!

The Career and Internship Fair needs volunteers for the following dates and times:

Wednesday October 17, 2018, 7:00 p.m. until finished (about 10:30 p.m.: help with set up in the Ewigleben Athletic Complex. Meet by concession stand to sign in and out. Wear comfortable clothes and solid tennis shoes; will be moving tables and supplies, posting signage outside, and helping with table dressing and decor.

Thursday, October 18, 2018 – Career & Internship Fair (Various shifts to choose from between 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) Please dress in business casual slacks, a nice dress shirt and have solid shoes (no heels). Student volunteers will be provided with volunteer name tags. Please bring a jacket or sweater, as you may be stationed outside to assist with parking and unloading. ALL VOLUNTEERS should report to the employer registration table during the event to receive name tags and task assignments. Please sign out at the same location when leaving so we can make sure that posts remain staffed all day.

Thursday, October 18, 2018: 4:00 p.m. until finished: Help with clean-up. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
