Williams Auditorium is recruiting volunteers to work as the spot operator and stage crew for the musical “9 to 5” at Ferris. Volunteers are needed for the following schedule:
Sat Oct 26th |
10:00 AM-12:00 Noon – Stage Crew and Actors Moving Scenery -Technical Rehearsal |
12 Noon – 1 PM Sound (microphones on actors as scheduled) & Lights/ FollowspotsTraining |
1PM-6PM – Full Cast and Crew – Tech (Technical Rehearsal With Actors) |
6PM Fly rehearsal if needed |
Evening off |
Sun Oct 27th |
Noon – 1pm Microphones onto actors as scheduled |
1PM-5PM – Full Call – FULL RUN OF SHOW with Orchestra, Start and Stop |
5 pm – 6 PM – Dinner Break |
6PM-10PM – Full Call With Orchestra – With Microphones full sound – Full Run |
Mon Oct 28th – 6:30 PM call 7:30 Tech (no costumes/no makup) |
Tues Oct 29st – 6PM Call 7:30 Go First Dress & Makeup |
Wed OCT 30th – 6:00 PM Call 7:30 Go Second Dress |
Thursday OCT 31 Open 6PM/6:30PM Call 7:30pm Go |
