Every semester the honors program sends thirty students to a fine arts performance at either the Wharton Center in Lansing or Devos Performance Hall in Grand Rapids. This past weekend the honors students had the privilege of seeing Flashdance the Musical at Devos. The musical brings in eighties music such as,” What A Feeling” and dancing that make the audience want to get on their feet. The musical is a great way to bring this classic movie into the new generation. The performance was a great way to fulfill one of the cultural event requirements for honors.
