As part of Ferris State University’s Art and Lectures Performing Artist Series in conjunction with The Festival of the Arts, Cello-Bella will be preforming in Williams Auditorium on Saturday, February 6th at 7pm.
Cello-Bella pairs Alison Donahue’s polished jazz based vocal stylings and soulful cello with Mike Wilhelm’s blues inspired guitar and vocals. Together they work magic as they mine the American songbook to bring you a varied selection of jazz, swing, and pop standards from the 20s to the current day. Songs like “Paper Moon,” “What a Wonderful World,” “Georgia on My Mind,” and “The Girl From Inpanema” will have you smiling, bouncing in your seat, and looking for someone to dance with. Mile brings some great original tunes, as well as a few rock standards, country classics……even a selection of kids songs! Fun music for all ages!
Student tickets are $5.00 and general admission is $7.00. For more information, please contact Williams Auditorium ticket office at 231-591-3676.
